The role

The Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Media) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid media strategies across various digital channels for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid advertising, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for achieving measurable results. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI for our clients.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and execute Paid Media strategies:

  • Create, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
  • Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads for clients
  • Implement A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance and ROI

2. Campaign Management:

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximise the return on ad spend (ROAS) for clients
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy

3. Data analysis and reporting:

  • Utilise analytics tools to track and report on key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • Generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge

4. Client collaboration and communication:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and align paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to digital marketing
  • Communicate campaign performance and insights to clients in a clear and actionable manner

5. Continuous Improvement:

  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in paid media and digital marketing
  • Experiment with new platforms, ad formats, and targeting methods to stay ahead of the competition
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and outcomes for clients

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing and optimising paid media campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling ad content
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid media
