Recruiting health and social care applicants
When Devon County Council and Proud to Care needed help to recruit Gen Z applicants to health and social care roles, they turned to us.
We developed a strategy based on real-life stories from carers working in the sector. We created a range of assets including short-form videos and ads.
We tested, optimised, monitored the competition and worked with local partners. All this helped to ensure that we reached the right applicants in the target region.

Inspiring the next generation of aviation professionals
The UK Civil Aviation Authority wanted to inspire future aviation professionals to come and work for them.
“We want to highlight the diverse range of careers and the paths people can take to pursue their passion,” said HR Director Alison Naylor.
We worked with their teams to create an inspiring video showing life in the office – complete with model planes, table football and a staff gym. We used the footage as part of a social media and PPC campaign, inviting our target audience to discover “where your career could take off.”
